Thanks to qualified community volunteers, we offer some courses that allow foster families to gain credit hours toward maintaining their foster care licensure. It is our desire to assist families with the knowledge and support they need as they fiercely love children who come from hard places.

Foster & Adoptive Moms’ Support Group

Next Session:  February 2025

Foster and adoptive families need a place to connect and learn from one another. We hope this support group provides the time and space to allow that. The group will be meeting at Providence Baptist Church. Childcare is provided.

It is free of cost and is led by a NCC and LCMHCA therapist. The typical lay out will be 4 or 5 sessions guided by a curriculum. After the completion of the course, we will provide certificates of hours for which you attended. Please email overflow419@pbcharrisburg.org with questions or sign up below.
